2. Fill out the details of your name tent.

1 Name Tent @ $2.00 + $0.18 Tax + S&H	Full Name
2 Name Tents @ $4.00 + $0.35 Tax + S&H	Full Name

After payment PRESS CONTINUE and you will be taken to the Name Tent info page to enter your information.
